The Bicolano academic community is in high spirits following the release of the March 2026 Civil Engineering Licensure Exam (CELE) results, as Cleo Glen Gratuito Barrera of Sorsogon State University (SSU) officially clinched the Rank 9 position.

Barrera earned an impressive rating of 91.40%, sharing the ninth spot with Lee Justin Pasadas Rondina of Eastern Visayas State University. His achievement highlights a strong showing for SSU, which also saw fellow graduate Joshua Latonero De Los Reyes secure the Rank 4 spot with a 92.00% rating.
